Artwork/Design Approval:** - The Turnaround Time for your order delivery begins from the day you approve the artwork/design. - Delays in approving the artwork/design may impact the agreed-upon delivery date. PDT R US will not be held responsible for delays caused by late approvals. Once Design is Approved and production is started, we will not be able to cancel the order, refund the order or change the design for that order. - We urge customers to approve the artwork/design as soon as possible to avoid any disruptions in the delivery schedule. Delay caused due to Shipping delays can not be controlled by us. We will send you tracking link as well as we will coordinate with shipping company to get your order delivered asap. Due to the shipping operations not being in our hands, we can try hard to a limit in this case. **3. PDF Proof for Approval:** - We provide a PDF proof for your approval before initiating the printing process. - The purpose of the PDF proof is to allow you to thoroughly review your design and ensure its accuracy. Please carefully inspect all details. - Once you have reviewed the proof and are satisfied, kindly mark the artwork as "Approved for Printing."
